Information we collect
When you sign in, the site receives an account identifier and email address from ChatGPT sign-in. When you submit an application or inquiry, we store your name, contact email, city, state, ZIP code, service choice, optional preferred date, and the details you enter. We also store submission timestamps and review status.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card details, health information, precise home addresses, or home access codes. We do not collect payment information through this early-access site.
How we use it
We use submissions to review cleaner interest, understand service demand by location, respond to inquiries, and operate the early-access program. Submitting a form is not consent to unrelated promotional campaigns.
Access and service providers
You can view submissions tied to your signed-in account. TidyGather’s owner can view submissions to manage inquiries. Applications and customer details are not published in a directory or automatically shared with cleaners. We would ask you before introducing you to a provider or customer using your contact information.
The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. Contact emails are handled through Gmail. These providers may process technical or account information under their own policies. The page currently requests Google Fonts, which sends a font request, including connection information such as an IP address, to Google. TidyGather has not added advertising pixels or analytics tracking to this site. Hosting and sign-in providers may use cookies and technical logs to operate their services.
Retention and requests
We keep submissions while needed to handle early-access inquiries and operate the program. You can remove your own submission from My activity, or email us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Copies in provider backups and limited records required for legal or security purposes may remain subject to the provider’s retention practices.
Changes
We will update this notice if the site’s data practices change, including before adding public profiles or payments.
